Senior Product Designer

About the role

Noor Capital is one of the UAE's leading investment firms, and we're building the next generation of our digital platform. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience for our flagship investment products � from discovery research through to pixel-perfect delivery.

You'll work embedded in a cross-functional squad alongside product managers and engineers, and you'll be the design voice that connects user insight to business strategy. If you thrive on complexity, care deeply about craft, and want your work to reach hundreds of thousands of investors � this is your role.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design for 2�3 product squads, from research to final delivery specs
• Run user research sessions, synthesise insights, and share findings company-wide
• Build and maintain a scalable design system used across web and mobile products
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope and ship high-quality features
• Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role
• Expert proficiency in Figma � components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped products
• Experience with user research methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
